1. Terms of use of EVchargers.uk

• 1.1 By using EVchargers.uk, you accept the current terms of use.

2. How EVchargers.uk works

• 2.1 EVchargers.uk is a free tender service that connects users with select installers.
• 2.2 By filling out the form on EVchargres.uk, you declare your needs to the companies. You will then receive offers from up to four installers.
• 2.3 Shortly after you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email from EVchargers.uk. It contains, among other things, the name of up to four installers who will contact you. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be contacted by phone, email or SMS, regardless of your preference for direct marketing calls. From here on, contact takes place directly between you and the installers.
• 2.4 You have the right to cancel your request for services within 14 days of submitting your details, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

• 2.6 If it is impossible to obtain offers from up to four installers, we will clearly state so in your confirmation email. If there is only one installer who can deliver according to your wishes, we will specify this as well.

3. Use of EVchargers.uk

• 3.1 It is not permitted to pretend to be affiliated with EVchargers.uk or our partners, neither to the public nor to specific recipients.
• 3.2 You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• 3.3 We are committed to ensuring our website is accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. If you encounter accessibility issues, please contact us.
• 3.4 It is not permitted to acquire or attempt to acquire non-public parts of EVchargers.uk. It is also not allowed to obtain user data from our systems, for example, by hacking.
• 3.5 It is not permitted to use, or attempt to use, EVchargers.uk to spread viruses, 'Trojan horses', or other harmful code intended to obtain and/or copy user data or additional non-public information.

• 3.10 We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Responsibilities and the relationship with installers

• 4.1 EVchargers.uk solely facilitates initial contact between users and installers. All subsequent interactions, agreements, and transactions are conducted independently and without EVchargers.uk.
• 4.2 EVchargers.uk is not included in the design of the offers or the benefits that may apply.
• 4.3 The installers work independently from EVchargers.uk, and we cannot guarantee that the relevant installers will contact the customer with offers.
• 4.4 Usage of EVchargers.uk is at your own risk. EVchargers.uk is not responsible for the agreement's implementation, quality or legality, or the agreement's suitability for the relevant purpose.
• 4.5 EVchargers.uk is also not responsible for compliance with the agreed delivery time, or any losses users may suffer due to agreements with companies or errors committed by them.
• 4.6 EVchargers.uk strives to only cooperate with serious and reliable players. We exclude installers who do not follow contracts or do not meet the requirements we set for quality and reliability.
• 4.7 Installers listed on our platform may be accredited by the Competent Person Scheme (CPS) or other UK professional bodies. We recommend checking individual credentials before proceeding.
• 4.8 Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
• 4.9 Evcahrgers.co.uk cannot guarantee that the offers are the best or cheapest on the market.
• 4.10 EVchargers.uk is not responsible for missing commitments due to force majeure. This includes natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, and more.
• 4.11 EVchargers.uk is not responsible for tax or duty-related matters that may arise for the user or the installer.

5. Intellectual property rights

• 5.1 All intellectual property rights related to EVchargers.uk belong to Nettbureau AS. This includes domain names, trademarks, copyrights, and more.
• 5.2 The use of Evcahrgers.co.uk does not grant any license to use the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. Communication

• 6.1 All communication with EVchargers.uk takes place electronically, in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act 2000.
• 6.2 When using EVchargers.uk, users are not subscribed to any newsletter unless they actively choose to do so.
• 6.3 If we discover errors in the provided contact information, Nettbureau and its partners are entitled, with consent, to adjust the contact information based on public records.

7. Limitation of Liability

• 7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising out of your use of the site or engagement with installers.

8. Privacy policy and personal data

• 8.1 Use of EVchargers.uk is subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 and follows our privacy and cookie policy.
• 8.2 The data provided in the form is not used for any purpose other than to forward it to relevant installers so they can give offers to the user.
• 8.3 Your personal data may be transferred outside the UK, where adequate safeguards are in place.

9. Compliance with UK Regulations

• 9.1 EVchargers.uk complies with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008.
